Indicative estimate based on your inputs and published figures: UK nitrogen application rates (British Survey of Fertiliser Practice) and a full-lifecycle emissions factor of ~10.5 kg CO₂e per kg of nitrogen. Equivalents use ~2.7 t CO₂/car/year, ~21 kg CO₂/tree/year, and ~0.9 t CO₂ per London–New York flight. Legumes such as peas and beans fix their own nitrogen and show low emissions accordingly. Actual results are confirmed through on-farm trials.
